Today we head out for the Lang Chim Primary School, it will be our first day of labor. The last few days have been spent getting acclimated with the time change, the country, and each other! Everyone is great and we have a good team with many different talents and interests.

The Mekong River Tour was amazing, there was a lot of lovely landscape and awesome fruit to be had...Like going to Hong Kong I now can see and understand truly where I come from. Exotic tropical fruits on a hot day...my idea of heaven...

The buzzing motorbikes and chaotic traffic are a welcome change from the tranquil and empty streets of Houston. Urban life is for me...I love the buzz of the city. The people have all been very warm and welcoming, except the grouchy man that the reception counter at the first hotel...but we will excuse him.

We have limited internet use and there is a line this morning..also the mosquitos are having me for breakfast...until later tonight!!!
