Work Camp 2024: Waitlist Registration

Looking for summer plans?

We are pleased to announce that the upcoming work camp is planned for June 10 to June 22, 2024, at Long Thạnh, Huyện Giồng Riềng, Kiên Giang Province, Vietnam. All the information you will need is below, including a link to the application. The team is working on logistics and additional details are forthcoming. The application process is now open. We will only accept up to 40 members.

January 5, 2024 - This is the deadline to submit the online application. Applications received after January 5, 2024 will be waitlisted.

February 5, 2024 - We will contact you if you are selected.

February 25, 2024 - Once selected, you must submit a $300 nonrefundable deposit and all required documents by this date to secure your spot. If the deposit is not received by February 25, 2024, you will be added to the Wait List.

If we receive more applications than available slots, we will prioritize applicants using the following criteria:

a.       Active SEEDS (Students Expanding Education by Donating Services) members

b.       Members of the BOD and BOA

c.       New members, between the ages of 18 - 23 years

d.       Active Sunflower Mission members, preference will be given to high school and college-age students

e.       Order in which participants submit an application
